IEEE UkrMiCo 2026

Official language of the IEEE UkrMiCo-2026 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.

Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF and DOC (or TEX) format. Size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according IEEE Conference Proceedings format:

Paper submission is organized through UkMiCo-2026 web page in Microsoft’s Conference Management Toolkit system (CMT).  Please use CMT Guide with the detailed instructions on creating an account and submitting the paper.

At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee and participate in the Conference. Each author can submit and present no more than 2 papers. The number of co-authors is no more than 4.

The IEEE UkrMiCo-2026 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to independent anonymous reviewers.

All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at conference will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation) subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
