The technical program includes plenary sessions (invited keynote lectures), regular technical sessions and special sessions.
The technical sessions are grouped in 5 major tracks:
Track 1. Computer Science (IT, Cloud and Big Data technologies, E-society, Internet of Things and its implementation, information and communication systems security etc.).
Track 2. Communications (Infocommunication systems and networks, Theoretical foundations of information processing and transmission in telecommunication systems, SDN and SDR etc.).
Track 3. Microwave Technology, Antennas and Radars (Signals and processes in radio engineering and electronics, Circuit Engineering, Antennas, Microwave Technology, Microwave and THz Electronics etc.).
Track 4. Electron Devices and Nanotechnologies (Electronic Materials, Electronic Devices, Nanoelectronics and Nanotechnology etc.).
Track 5. History (History of information and radio engineering technologies development).
