2021 IEEE 5th International Conference on Information and Telecommunication Technologies and Radio Electronics (UkrMiCo) will be hosted by Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and held in Kyiv, Ukraine, November 29 – December 3, 2021. Conference is organized in Mixed format.

Official language of the IEEE UkrMiCo-2021 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.

Papers must be submitted electronically, in PDF and DOC (or TEX) format, on-line via the EasyChair system. Size of the conference paper should be from 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according IEEE Conference Proceedings format:

At least one of the authors (presenting author) of each accepted paper is required to register, pay participation fee and participate in the Conference. Each author can submit and present no more than 2 papers. The number of co-authors is no more than 4.

The IEEE UkrMiCo-2021 will implement a single blind peer review process. All submitted papers will be provided to independent anonymous reviewers. All accepted papers and oral (or poster) presenting at the IEEE UkrMiCo-2021 will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science and etc). “No-show” papers won’t be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Virtual participation is allowed.
